WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?
Virk Collection has a 30 Days Exchange & Return Policy except: Toys, Jewelry, Swimming Gears & Baby Care Items. You may please send parcel to us through any courier company at the following address:

Please note that items must be unused and contains all the original tags and packaging (if any). Once the items reach us, we will directly issue you a voucher through email which will be redeemable on your next purchase.
– If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by Virk Collection.
– Online purchased items cannot be returned in any of Virk Collection outlets and vice versa but can exchange from stores with original invoice.
